Hey y’all! This 5 day camp will take students through various classic southern desserts and dishes, such as pies, crisps, and casseroles. Students will review various cooking and baking techniques and create their dishes from scratch! Students will also become familiarized with kitchen safety, measuring techniques, and various kitchen equipment.
