The Junior Chef class is designed for aspiring young chefs who have had at least one cooking session with Chef Margaret. Students learn advanced cooking techniques like knife skills sauce preparation and intricate presentation. We will learn ingredient selection, presentation and plating skills teamwork, and confidence in the kitchen. Through hands on instruction and friendly competition young chefs refine their skills and develop a passion for culinary arts
