Bundle up as you ride the cart path to Santa's special location, and count all the candy canes on the way. Those that count the right number of candy canes will receive a special prize at Santa's location on the course. But beware of the MEAN GREEN GROUCH who will disrupt your trip. He has been extra mean this year and will do anything he can to make you miscount the candy canes. Come and learn about nature through story time, art activities, and outdoor exploration. This program takes place on the 1st Saturday of the month from 10 – 11 am.

Crawl into the world of lizards! We will explore tails, scales and more as we learn about this unique group of reptiles. Then, we will visit the Herpetarium to check out some of the lizards at the Zoo.

Tiny Trekkers is a weekly drop off program for ages 3 – 5. Preschoolers will explore our nearly 500 acres of preserve through hands-on experiences out in nature. This program takes place every Tuesday from 9 – 11:30 am, September through May. Tiny Trekkers is a great complement to part time preschool programs, as preparation for entering preschool or kindergarten, or even as an addition to a PreK/K homeschool program. Children must be able to use the restrooms independently. Limited spots are available.
