Economics for Leaders Virtual is designed to give promising students the skills to be effective leaders and employ economic analysis when considering difficult public policy choices. This course is centered on introducing and applying economic concepts and reasoning skills while also familiarizing students with leadership theory.

The Advanced Economics for Leaders program is designed for students who have completed a high school or AP economics class. During the week, instructors will introduce college level intermediate micro- and macro-economic topics to help prepare students for the more advanced coursework. Lessons examine economic models and theories behind economic growth, demand curves, asset pricing, and more.

Entrepreneurship in the Global Economy (EGE) goes beyond what most pre-college entrepreneurship programs teach. Participants not only learn practical skills, like writing a business plan or how to pitch an idea, but also about the economic principles that make successful entrepreneurship possible. To build a business, an entrepreneur must understand incentives and the role institutions, like government, play in setting the “rules of the game”.

Saint Louis Public Schools offers summer learning opportunities for all grade levels. During the 4-week session, elementary and middle school students engage in learning for their rising grade level and participate in project-based Choose Your Own Adventure themed experiences. At the high school level, students can recover credit or earn first-time credit in a select number of courses. Camp SLPS 2026 will take place from June 1–26, 2026. School is not in session on June 19 to observe the Juneteenth holiday.
