A black belt instructor teaches practical hand and foot techniques, including ways to break free from an attacker or bully, with an emphasis on martial arts principles rather than competition. Required uniforms are purchased at the first class ($25–$35 depending on age). Instructor: The Arch Shidokan Karate.
