Mission: Lunar Trek - Session 1

Having proven that life is possible in outer space, in Mission: Lunar Trek, Astro Recruits shift focus to landing humans on the Moon. Campers will learn the principles of flight by practicing using flight sims and drones and then apply that knowledge to fly a powered airplane. They will then take a deep dive into building an underwater ROV (like the Remotely Operated Vehicles that helped bring up the Mercury Liberty Bell 7 Module and the F-1 engines of the Saturn V) and work together to recover rocket parts from the depths of a pool.
