Camp Food, Farm, and Fork

Food connects with almost every social and environmental crisis concerning us today. The goal of Camp Food, Farm, and Fork is to provide a glimpse into how making positive changes in food systems would impact all of them. Campers will explore how food is a key ingredient in individual, social, and environmental well-being, as well as the roles food could potentially play in their lives—personally and professionally. They’ll take away a whole new perspective on the daily act of eating and gain knowledge and skills needed to shop and eat well, grow some of their own, prepare and enjoy fresh ingredients, and set themselves and others up for healthy futures.
