Emotional Regulation & Social Skills Summer Therapy Group

This group is designed for young children who need extra support in managing big emotions and developing healthy social skills. This therapeutic, play-based group integrates art therapy and DBT-adapted techniques in a fun, nurturing environment. Youth will learn how to recognize and express feelings, coping strategies for big emotions, positive ways to connect with others, and emotional regulation in everyday situations. $45 per session. Insurance accepted and scholarships are available.
