Digital Illustration for the Young Artist Session #2

In this camp, Young Artists will learn the basics of the drawing program Procreate, using an iPad and an Apple Pencil to create digital illustrations. We'll explore how to use different color palettes, backgrounds, brushes and textures, as well as layers to create a variety of unique illustrations. In this camp, students will delve into character development and storytelling. Students will create unique characters and plan narratives for them. We will put these skills into practice and create a comic, or illustrate our story that we will print out to show off! Supplies are included in the cost of the class and students are responsible for bringing their own lunch. iPads and Apple Pencils will be provided to use during camp, but cannot be taken home. Students are welcome to bring their own if they have them!
