Creative Calm Summer Camp Session 3

A creative and supportive space where teens use art to reduce stress, build confidence, and learn real-life skills for handling big emotions.

Through hands-on projects, campers will practice:

• Staying present instead of overwhelmed
• Managing intense emotions
• Coping with stressful moments
• Communicating in healthy ways

Each day includes:
✨ A guided art project
✨ Time to connect with peers
✨ Practical tools teens can use beyond camp

No art experience needed — just a willingness to create, connect, and grow.

A safe, welcoming environment where teens can express themselves and build emotional resilience. 

Teens are responsible for bringing a lunch or snack with them to the camp.
