Get ready for a week of wonderfully gross discoveries at Super Gross Science Camp! Campers will explore slimy chemistry, create boogers, make edible excrement, and learn all about burps and gas. From dissecting cells to solving mysteries with forensic science, each that kids will love!

Third and fourth graders will develop strong critical thinking skills while reading fiction and non-fiction pieces, focusing on determining the main idea, using context clues to develop vocabulary, and summarizing the key concepts of the text. In math, through interactive lessons and games, campers will focus on the concepts of number sense, computation, geometry, and fractions.

Prepare for success! Fifth and sixth grade students will review math and reading skills through interactive games and fun activities. They will learn different strategies to develop and enhance study skills, including organization and time management. Through critical thinking activities, leadership skills will be enhanced to prepare fifth and sixth graders for the school year.

Step right up to the Coder Carnival where Ninjas harness the power of micro:bit microcontrollers and Makey Makey circuit boards to design interactive games that come to life with electronics, sensors, and sounds.

In this beginning developers camp, Ninjas will learn the basics of web development and have the opportunity to build their very own websites and fan pages; through the projects, they'll gain a foundational understanding of HTML and CSS.

Become a purr-fect veterinarian! Camp participants adopt a plush feline patient and learn how vet help take care of pet cats. These future veterinarians will learn how to perform a tip- to-tail exam, suture lacerations, to set up a litter box and safe areas for their pet, make cat toys, and more!

Craft & Code Camp invites young creators to explore the exciting intersection of technology and artistry. Campers will engage in hands-on activities like Robotics with Edison, where they’ll learn the fundamentals of coding and robotics. They'll also unleash their creativity with 3D Drawing, and master the art of Origami, blending creativity with engineering principles. Fun games throughout the camp will foster teamwork and critical thinking skills. Join us for a dynamic experience that inspires innovation and creativity in every project!

Students will role-play the key responsibilities of a veterinarian and perform a whiskers-to-tail exam on their newly “adopted” plush cat. These future veterinarians will learn about animal body language, maintaining a healthy environment such as proper litterbox placement, create a cat toy, and design a vet clinic.

Long after the nuclear apocalypse, your group of wasteland wanderers is searching for a way to purify the radioactive water you depend on. Some clues in an old computer have led you to this ancient, crumbling bomb shelter. Can you solve a scientific mystery and find the water purifier without triggering a meltdown or getting sealed in the vault… forever? Gather a team of 4-6 players and sign up together! (Ages 13 – 18)

The students will get to explore many aspects of the science industry, including leadership and team building, exploring their own entrepreneurial ideas. Exploring STEM opens a world of possibilities and will encourage the next generation of leaders. Science is fun and it is OK to noisy and messy.
