Staff will guide you while you have fun crafting with your family. One craft kit for each registered family.

MMA’s Equestrian Camp focuses on building confidence and responsibility through horseback riding. Campers will enjoy 2.5 hours (8 AM to 10:30 AM) of instruction each morning, which consists of daily trail rides through MMA’s beautiful 288-acre campus and learning different western horsemanship techniques, such as saddling, mounting, walking and galloping, along with other important horse management skills like safety, grooming and handling.

For young makers and dreamers, MAP Art Explorers is more than just a studio—it's a space to create, connect, and learn! Based in the heart of the Grand Center Arts District, this full-day camp invites youth ages 10–14 to dive into hands-on artmaking, neighborhood art adventures, and real-world inspiration. Make friends and build technique in media including 3D Sculpture, Zines, and Painting! Discover the vibrant world of art through MAP's studio environment and the dynamic Grand Center Arts District. This all-day camp welcomes young artists ages 10–14 from 9 AM–3 PM. Folks will create interest-driven artworks, explore nearby museums and outdoor art installations, develop their artistic skills, and make fast friends. Each program focuses on specific artistic methods and materials, allowing young artists to discover their creative passions through project-based learning.

Monday to Thursday at Christ Prince of Peace from 8 am to 11:30 am; Friday at Schroeder Park 8 am to 10 am. Registration available for 3 days, 4 days, and 5 days. Big River Running’s Cross Country Camp for 6th – 12th graders is a great way to get a jump start on the cross country season. Bring yourself or your whole team for a great week of training, the opportunity to meet other runners, the chance to learn from some of the best runners in the St. Louis area and, of course, to have a lot of fun! Campers will end the week feeling motivated and excited to reach their goals for the upcoming season. Highlights include: Training Runs & Workouts; Games & Bonding Activities; Informative Speakers; and Big River XC Challenge – The final day of camp will feature a fun cross country race. Campers will be divided into teams and the event will be scored just like in a real cross country race.
